HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED ?
The delivery time of your order is about from 5 to 10 days (according to the destination).
All orders sended before 1 p.m (in France) will be shipped the same day
There are diffents steps of your treatement’s order :
1/ In the reception of your order and once your payment is made, we send you an e-mail for order confirming
2/ Your shipping will be prepared and sended by Postal Colissimo. Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an e-mail from Taichitao/Colissimo confirming shipment. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you a tracking number for you to track your shipment status.
